Payments

– By ordering the services and Products offered by The Happiness Potion, the user agrees to pay all applicable charges upfront.

– All payments are to be made to The Happiness Potion only.

– Mode of Payment – Payment is supported in all online formats including bank transfers, debit/credit cards, PayPal, and UPI.

Services:

Date and time for therapy sessions will be confirmed with the clients as per mutual convenience. If you find a need to cancel a session, please do so 12 hours before the start of the scheduled session.  All cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, or no notice, will be charged at the full session fees, unless the cause was unforeseen and unavoidable. 

Products:

By placing an order with us, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Our products are not a replacement for Psychotherapy or Counselling. If you are experiencing signs of mental distress, please contact a trained mental health professional or visit your nearest hospital. 

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • Return and ExchangeWe have a no return or exchange policy. 
  • Damages and issues- Please inspect your physical product order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Write to us at hello@thehappinesspotion.com or whatsApp us on 9310518891 within 24 hours of receiving the product. If your request is approved, a full refund, as deemed valid will be transferred to you within 14 working days.
  • Dispatch and delivery Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment of the order and delivered within 5-7 business days. 
  • We only offer prepaid services. Cash on delivery is not available.
