THE HAPPINESS POTION

"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces"

The Happiness Potion was founded in 2020 with a simple mission: to make mental health support accessible, inclusive, and rooted in emotional safety. Our vision is to create an open, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard and valued, guided by a team of compassionate, qualified, and ethical professionals.

Since our journey began, we’ve had the privilege of supporting over 800 individuals as they navigate their healing journeys. From partnering with organizations and students to actively breaking down the barriers of stigma, we’re here to bridge the gap between mental health challenges and meaningful support.

But The Happiness Potion is more than just a mental health service. It’s a space where we celebrate you—your uniqueness, your story, your resilience. No matter what you’re going through, we believe that healing is possible and that there’s always a way forward. You don’t have to do it alone. We’re here with you, every step of the way.

Founder, The Happiness Potion

“As a counseling psychologist, my approach is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. With a background in Clinical Psychology and a humanistic, client-centered approach, I am passionate about empowering people to reconnect with their inner resilience and reshape their life stories.

When I founded The Happiness Potion, my vision was to create a community where mental health is openly embraced. Over time, The Happiness Potion has evolved into a holistic platform that promotes mental well-being across diverse spaces—working with individuals, corporates, schools, and communities to make mental health support accessible, relatable, and actionable.

More than just therapy, The Happiness Potion is about transforming how we talk about and engage with mental health. By removing barriers and fostering a culture that celebrates emotional well-being, we strive to create lasting change.

Our mission is simple: to rewrite the narrative around mental health—one step, one person, and one conversation at a time, sparking a ripple effect that reaches communities, workplaces, and beyond.”

‘Well done,’ said the horse. ‘For what?’ asked the boy.
‘For hoping, for taking a step, for trying again, not giving up.’
